Jennifer brings 12 years of management level experience where she has supported significant paradigm shifts in both the telecommunications and health care industries. Her expertise lies in the coordination of executive leadership, shareholder responsibility, and employee engagement.

For five years she was an executive coach for Vistage the world’s largest CEO organization and directly impacted 18 businesses in Upstate New York. Jennifer is actively involved global problem solving and in the co-founder of Global 2020 Institute. She speaks nationally and internationally on personal responsibility and influence.
