Proposed Expansion To BayTowne Plaza

| The drawing above shows the proposed expansion to BayTowne Plaza. The buildings to the left of the existing plaza are all new. These include a Super Wal-Mart at the rear of the property and more than six smaller buildings in front of the new Wal-Mart parking lot. The existing Wal-Mart (in brown) would be rented to other businesses. The two parallel pink lines show a proposed road way that would go though the center of the old Tops building. | ||||||
